The Verbano Restaurant offers a wide selection of excellent wines that can be paired with our chef’s cuisine to exalt the flavour and capture the essence of every dish.
In order to focus on regional wines, we suggest the fine reds from the nearby hills of Ghemme, while those who prefer white will enjoy the Erbaluce di Caluso produced in the Northern Piedmont region.
Our wine list has some of the finest wines from Italy’s most important wine producing regions: robust reds from the Langhe or the Tuscan hills, aromatic whites from Trentino, Fruili or Veneto and, of course, the increasingly appreciated wines of the South of Italy – from Apulia, Sicily, Sardinia and Abruzzo.
We have several French Champagnes, along with some of the best Italian sparkling wines, from Franciacorta, Trentino and the Treviso area of the Veneto Region.
