The kitchen staff at the Verbano Restaurant, led by chef Diego Pioletti, serve a menu that focuses on local flavours, with delicate, surprising dishes based on traditional recipes, using some of the most modern cooking techniques. 

There is a great deal of excellent, freshly caught lake fish, but there are also plenty of flavours from the nearby Novara plain and the Ossola Valleys.

Refined, elegant dishes, accompanied by an excellent wine selection, attentive service, a breathtaking view over Lake Maggiore and our chef’s splendid presentation, mean that every meal is certain to be a success.
